About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website and when you book or enquire about a session with Healing Realms. Please read them before you get in touch or book. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Healing Realms is run by Claire Lukins, a sole trader offering angel readings and Rahanni healing in the Weymouth and Dorset area.

Sessions are spiritual and wellbeing services. They are not a replacement for medical advice or treatment, and they are not a substitute for legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Nothing said during a reading or healing session should be taken as a diagnosis, a prescription, or professional advice of any kind. If you have a health concern, please speak to your GP or another qualified healthcare professional. Do not stop, start, or change any medical treatment based on a session. If you are dealing with a mental health crisis or an emergency, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or the emergency services. You remain responsible for your own decisions, health, and wellbeing.

My services

Healing Realms offers angel readings and Rahanni healing, intended to support relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. By their nature, readings and healing sessions are personal and subjective. I offer them in good faith and with care, but I cannot and do not promise any particular outcome, result, or experience. Different people respond in different ways, and some may feel little or nothing.

Sessions are offered to adults aged 18 and over.

Enquiries and booking

At the moment, the website does not take payments and no payment is taken online.

To arrange a session, you can send an enquiry through the contact form. When you do, your details are recorded so that I can reply, and I receive an email letting me know you have been in touch. I will then contact you to talk through what you are looking for and to arrange a time. Any payment is arranged separately and directly with me. Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed a date and time.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Using the site responsibly

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaks any UK law or regulation
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected systems
  • introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful material
  • copy, reproduce, or reuse content from the site without permission, except as allowed below
  • use the contact form to send spam, abusive, or unlawful messages

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including the text, images, design, logo, and branding, belongs to Healing Realms or is used with permission. You may view the site and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or reuse content for any other purpose without written permission.

If something on the site is wrong

I try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but I cannot promise it is always complete or free of mistakes. Prices and details may change. Please confirm anything important with me directly before you rely on it.

My liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Because these services are sold to consumers, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply, including the right to expect a service to be carried out with reasonable care and skill. These terms do not take those rights away. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:

  • I provide my services in good faith and with reasonable care and skill, but do not guarantee any particular result.
  • I am not responsible for any decision you make based on a session. Sessions are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • I am not liable for any loss that was not a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms.
  • The website is provided as it is. I am not responsible for it being unavailable from time to time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
